In the fall of 2007, Ted and Loretta Rogers donated $100,000 over 5 years for the establishment of an Executive-in-Residence Program. Paul Johnson was selected for this position in July 2008 and has served ever since.

Paul has a rich background in business spanning over 35 years in leadership roles and an academic founding as a Mechanical Engineer from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the Harvard School of Business. He devotes over 50% of his time to working with business leaders in New Brunswick. As part of the Executive-in-Residence program, Paul is available to consult one-on-one with selected entrepreneurs living a personal or business challenge. This program offers a highly customized and personal experience with the goal of assisting individual companies with their strategic growth.
