Alan Norman

Alan Norman is the Co-owner and CEO of Tire Shack Brewing located in Moncton, NB. While attending university in England and traveling throughout Europe, Alan developed a passion for brewing and its long history. After a less than mildly successful film and television career in Toronto (and after many botched homebrew experiments on his stove), Alan and his wife Jerrica moved back to their hometown of Moncton to start a craft brewery. They found the perfect space, an old abandoned auto-garage (what could go wrong) and have gone on to turn it into an award winning (multiple golds at the Canadian and US brewing awards) craft brewery. With a mission to re-vitalize the neighbourhood and be an engaging and inclusive community space Tire Shack has gone on to win the 2020 Moncton chamber of commerce award for best emerging business and the 2021 chamber of commerce award for best small business.
