Chantal Harris

Chantal is trained in QSR operations having operated multi-unit A&Ws and being a Franchisee. She sold her restaurants in late 2023 after being recognized for her manager development training focusing on financial success, operational expertise and technology management. She had much success being the leader in her area for adopting new innovation in her restaurant, and managing change that came with a global pandemic and new innovation from A&W head office. Her restaurants earned top sales awards, surpassing the average free standing. Chantal also has experience as a licensed Realtor working in real estate development and commercial construction. She worked under her father, Kevin Harris, with Heron Enterprises and Exit Realty Brokerage in Saint John, Halifax and now Miramichi. She is currently pursuing her MBA with a focus on venture commercialization, scaling and investment. She is the Program & Operations Manager for the Wallace McCain Institute in hopes to be apart of the next generation of entrepreneurs and executives in the Atlantic Region.
