Jean-Philippe is the Vice-President of L.C.L. Excavation (2006) inc. L.C.L. is a family owned heavy civil construction company with competencies in municipal underground utilities, roadbuilding and construction aggregate productions.
JP is a civil engineering graduate from Laval University. Over the last few years he has facilitated the increased use of technology in the organization which has aided in decreased project reworks, increased efficiency and final product quality.
