With over 20 years of generalist HR experience, her expertise came to true fruition during her 6 years as Director of Human Resources for the Canadian Red Cross Society – Ontario. In her role, she led a team of HR practitioners to service union, non-union employees and volunteers in core human resource functions. Her time at the Canadian Red Cross unlocked her desire to work closely with businesses to navigate the potential of their people.
